Qualified Professional Tennis coach and advanced Boxercise instructor. My aim is to help people improve their health and fitness through diet and exercise by offering a dedicated Personal Training service around Bridgend and the Vale of Glamorgan and a choice of HEALTH & FITNESS package breaks in South Wales.
