Welcome! My name is Matthew Pearce and I’m a Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience. Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) certified specialist in sports, nutrition and fitness. Qualified Professional Tennis coach and advanced Boxercise instructor.  My aim is to help people improve their health and fitness through diet and exercise by offering a dedicated Personal Training service around Bridgend and the Vale of Glamorgan and a choice of HEALTH & FITNESS package breaks in South Wales.

Train Well

We have gym facilities in Ewenny and Ogmore by Sea and our mobile training equipment also enables you to exercise at your home. I love exercising outside and we are very lucky to have Merthyr Mawr sand dunes along with the beaches at Ogmore and Southerndown on our door step. My aim is to provide fun and effective Personal Training sessions to support you in achieving your goals.

Rest Well

Rest and sleep are vital to recovering and improving your health. All our retreats are located in South Wales at idyllic coastal and countryside holiday cottages. Well equipped with many luxuries we can ensure a stress free stay.  Book your training at a time and place to suit you, so unless you want, there will be no 5am wake up calls. Take relaxing walks on the beach,  explore our fabulous coastal paths and unwind at your leisure.

Our daily meal plans use seasonal and fresh ingredients to enable you to make tasty and nutritious meals, juices, smoothies and snacks.

From a relaxing DETOX weekend with a partner to a fully charged FITNESS week with your friends, whatever your goals, we can create a package to suit. Stay in a beautiful coastal or countryside cottage and create your own private fitness break. Weekend and week long stays available for 1-12 people.
